Kari Wyrsch got her Real Estate license in 2007, her GRI in 2009 and Brokers license in 2010. In 2012, Kari moved from a small local brokerage to Keller Williams, where her business promptly tripled, propelling her to Top Individual Agent at Keller Williams in 2013, 2015 and 2016. Kari hired her first MAPS Coach in 2015 when she was pregnant with twins. In 2017, now mother of twin girls, Kari started her own team and added a buyer agent and listing agent and closed 88 transactions for over $15,000,000 in volume. In 2018 Kari and Adam Graddy with Graddy Real Estate merged their teams. Kari transitioned to the Lead Buyers agent role and now has a team within a team leveraging the Showing Partner Model. She has helped Graddy Real Estate grow the buy side transactions from 108 in 2017 to 263 transactions in 2021. Kari loves people and has a passion to teach and help others grow.
